At our Peak Cycles bike shop in Golden, Colorado, we are continuing to offer essential bike repair and sales services. To ensure everyone’s safety amidst the Covid-19 situation, we are currently operating without customers inside the shop. We have set up designated service areas with tables and bike stands just outside our entrance. This allows us to safely bring bike parts and new bikes to you for purchase and collection. Our service department is also maintaining operations, providing bike repair pick-up and drop-off services right outside the shop. Please note that bike rentals and demos are temporarily suspended until further notice.
For our online customers, BikeParts.com is fully functional, and our shipping partners, USPS and FedEx, are operating at normal capacity. We are pleased to report minimal shipping delays for most of our customers across the US over the past couple of weeks. Local customers who prefer to pick up their online orders can still do so at Peak Cycles. Simply call ahead for curbside pickup, or come to the front door, and we will bring your order to you.
Our dedication extends beyond just providing bike parts and services; we are dedicated to slowing the spread of Covid-19. The safety of our customers, employees, and community is paramount. We sincerely hope this difficult period ends soon and encourage everyone to prioritize both their physical and mental health.
