Before making a reservation, it’s important to be aware of Fanatik Bike Shop’s rental terms and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.
- Rental Period: All bike rentals are charged in full 24-hour periods. This policy ensures that bikes are available and ready for all our customers throughout the day.
- Age Requirement: Renters must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the rental agreement on your behalf.
- Helmet Policy: For safety and hygiene reasons, helmets are not provided with rentals. However, Fanatik Bike Shop offers a variety of affordable helmets for purchase in-store. We strongly recommend wearing a helmet for your safety while riding.
- Reservations: To guarantee bike availability and ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, advance reservations are highly recommended. Please use our online form or contact us directly to book your rental.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations & Refunds: We understand plans can change. Fanatik Bike Shop offers a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a $20 service and setup fee per bike.
- Standard Brake Configuration: All our rental bikes are set up with a standard brake orientation: left lever controls the front brake, and the right lever controls the rear brake. Unfortunately, we are unable to alter this configuration.
