Lifetime Frame & Fork Warranty
The backbone of any bicycle is its frame and fork, and at Firmstrong, we build ours to last. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the frame and fork of your Firmstrong bicycle. This lifetime warranty provides long-term protection and reflects the enduring quality of our bike frames.
6-Month Warranty on Components and Parts
Beyond the frame and fork, all other components and parts of your Firmstrong bicycle are covered for a period of six months from the original date of purchase. This includes parts like the handlebars, seat, wheels, brakes, and gears. This six-month warranty ensures that the functional parts of your bike are protected against manufacturing defects, giving you confident performance from day one.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
In the unlikely event that you experience a warranty issue, Firmstrong has made the claim process straightforward and customer-friendly. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the authorized Firmstrong dealer where you originally purchased your bicycle. What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?

- Normal Wear and Tear: Like any product subjected to regular use, bicycles experience wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss resulting from normal wear and tear, such as worn tires, brake pads, or cables.
- Accidental Damage: Damage, failure, or loss resulting from accidents, crashes, or unforeseen incidents are not covered under warranty.
- Misuse and Neglect: Damage, failure, or loss caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper riding habits are excluded from warranty coverage.

- Alterations and Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the frame, forks, or components of your Firmstrong bicycle will completely void the warranty. Firmstrong Bikes are designed as a complete system, and modifications can compromise safety and performance.
- Adjustments: Warranty does not cover routine adjustments such as gear or brake adjustments that are part of normal bicycle maintenance.
- Consumable Parts: Tires and tubes are considered consumable parts and are not covered under this warranty.
- Shipping Costs: Shipment charges for replacement parts are not covered under the warranty and are the responsibility of the claimant.

In no event shall Firmstrong Bicycles be liable for any third-party claims, consequential damages, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Your sole remedy and Firmstrong’s total liability are limited to the purchase price of your bicycle. This warranty and liability limitation are integral to the terms of sale and are governed by the laws of the State of California, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles, California.
