Dallas Party Bike Policies: Ensuring a Safe and Fun Ride

To ensure everyone has a fantastic and safe experience on the Dallas Party Bike, we have established the following policies. The Party Bike Captain is in charge at all times and is responsible for enforcing these guidelines. The person who booked the tour also plays a crucial role in assisting the captain to host the group and maintain a positive environment for all.

Reservation Guidelines

Upon booking your Dallas party bike adventure, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order. Please carefully review your email address before finalizing your booking to ensure you receive all important updates.

A Confirmed email indicates that your reservation is secure and no further action is needed from your side. Get ready to pedal and party!

A Pending status in your email means either your payment confirmation is still processing or your group hasn’t yet met the minimum rider requirement for confirmation. Please note that pending reservations are NOT confirmed until you receive a subsequent email explicitly stating “Confirmed.” For smaller groups, confirmation might depend on reaching a minimum number of participants. In cases where a smaller group could be moved to accommodate a confirmed private party, we will contact you to offer alternative times or a full refund.

For smaller groups eager to experience the Dallas party bike, flexibility with your reservation time is recommended. Often, we can combine smaller groups at a different time to ensure everyone gets to enjoy the ride!

On Hold emails indicate you’ve joined a waiting list as your chosen time slot is currently unavailable. All customers with pending and on hold bookings will be notified about their confirmation status 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of booking, please contact us immediately by phone to verify your email address and confirm your reservation details. We want to make sure you’re all set for your Dallas party bike experience!

Punctuality and Arrival Time

To ensure a smooth and timely start to your Dallas party bike party, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows ample time for check-in procedures, getting everyone comfortably situated on the bike, and a quick safety briefing before we hit the streets of Dallas.

COMPLETED WAIVERS ARE MANDATORY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Please ensure all participants in your group complete their waivers in advance. Failure to do so may unfortunately delay your party’s departure.

Reservations are strictly for the booked time slot. As we operate on a tight schedule with back-to-back parties, private groups that start late will still conclude at their originally scheduled end time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. We want you to maximize your Dallas party bike fun!

For pub crawls, start and end times are fixed as per the schedule. We cannot wait for latecomers as it would be unfair to those who arrived on time and disrupt the planned itinerary for everyone. Ticket prices for latecomers will not be refunded. If you are running late for a pub crawl, contact us, and we will do our best to help you meet the group at the first bar stop, if feasible.

Payment Policies

Be advised that any credit card fraud, including associated communications, electronic records, and video evidence, will be reported to law enforcement. For verification purposes, the ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in unless prior approval has been granted by management.

For private Dallas party bike group bookings, a 50% down payment is required upon reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to your booked date.

For reservations involving three or more bikes, a 50% non-refundable down payment is necessary to secure each bike. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances if bikes are cancelled. Full payment for multiple bike bookings is due 14 days in advance and is also non-refundable.

Individual seat reservations for the Dallas party bike require full payment at the time of booking.

For detailed information regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling, please refer to our specific cancellations and refunds policy outlined below, which you acknowledge and agree to when making a reservation with Dallas Party Bike.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You can cancel your Dallas party bike reservation and receive a full refund if you notify us by phone or email at least 14 days before your scheduled reservation date. Similarly, you can reschedule your booking, subject to availability, free of charge, provided you contact us at least 14 days prior to your original reservation date.

Unfortunately, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the reservation date cannot be accommodated. Any payments made will be forfeited if you cancel within this 14-day window.

If you reschedule your Dallas party bike booking, please note that further rescheduling or cancellation is not permitted. These rescheduled bookings will still be charged the full amount. Therefore, ensure you are certain when rescheduling.

For bookings of three or more bikes, a 50% non-refundable deposit per bike applies. This deposit is non-refundable if bikes are cancelled at any point. Full payment is due 14 days in advance and is also non-refundable for multi-bike bookings.

Alcohol Policy: BYOB on the Bike!

The Dallas Party Bike operates like a party bus – you are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and seltzers on board! To ensure a fun, safe, and legal environment for everyone, we have the following alcohol policies that must be strictly adhered to by all groups:

  • Acceptable Alcoholic Beverages: Beer and wine only. Seltzers, hard lemonades, and canned cocktails like High Noons, and malt beverages are permitted.
  • Prohibited Items: No glass bottles or hard liquor are allowed on the bike. We recommend cans for beer and either boxed wine or wine in plastic containers.
  • BYOB Only: All alcoholic beverages are bring-your-own-beverage (BYOB). We do not provide or sell alcohol on the Dallas party bike.
  • No Open Containers Off-Bike: It is strictly prohibited to step off the Dallas party bike with an open container of alcohol. This is a violation of public consumption laws and may result in citations from law enforcement. All alcoholic beverages must remain on the vehicle at all times.

Our goal is to provide an unforgettable and enjoyable time, but your safety is our top priority! DO NOT arrive for your Dallas party bike experience already intoxicated. Service may be refused to individuals who are intoxicated upon arrival, and no refunds will be issued.

Participant Waiver Requirement

For every Dallas party bike participant, a valid photo ID is required at the time of reservation, and each rider must sign a participant waiver before boarding. If you have booked a private group, you will receive a “pre-arrival waiver” link in your confirmation email. Please forward this link to all members of your party so they can complete their waivers online in advance.

WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR PARTY BIKE TOUR. Incomplete waivers may cause delays to your scheduled departure time.

Remember to arrive 20 minutes early to allow sufficient time for all pre-departure procedures, including waiver verification, so your Dallas party bike experience starts right on time!

Weather Contingency Plan

The Dallas Party Bike operates rain or shine! However, for the safety of our riders and staff, we will cancel tours in the event of lightning or other severe weather conditions that pose a risk. Rest assured, we won’t have you pedaling through a downpour or during dangerous weather.

If we are compelled to cancel your tour due to severe weather, you will receive a 100% refund or a rain check to reschedule for another date – your choice.

Weather-related cancellation decisions are typically made very close to your scheduled start time, as weather conditions can be unpredictable. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding weather-related matters.

Policy on Inappropriate Conduct and Termination

Inappropriate behavior from any participant will result in the immediate termination of the Dallas party bike tour for the entire group. The Party Bike Captain has the sole and final authority to determine what constitutes misbehavior and when to terminate a party. Groups whose tour is terminated due to misbehavior will not receive any refund and will be subject to a $100 early termination penalty fee.

Examples of inappropriate behaviors that may lead to tour termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical or verbal abuse or disrespect towards your Party Bike Captain.
  • Excessive intoxication – arriving already intoxicated or becoming excessively intoxicated during the tour. Do not arrive intoxicated, or service will be denied without refund! Pace yourselves responsibly throughout the ride.
  • Removing open containers of alcohol from the Dallas party bike onto public streets.
  • Taking alcohol off-premises from bar stops during pub crawls.
  • Providing alcohol to individuals under the age of 21 or to anyone on public streets.
  • Bringing glass bottles or hard liquor onto the Dallas party bike in violation of local ordinances and our policies.
  • Jumping off the vehicle while it is in motion or in traffic.
  • Using offensive or vulgar language towards pedestrians, police officers, or other drivers.
  • Standing or hanging off the bike (all riders must remain seated with their seat belts fastened when the bike is moving).
  • Any other behavior deemed inappropriate or that violates local, state, or federal laws.

Remember, your Party Bike Captain is in charge and their instructions must be respected at all times! Our aim is for everyone to have an amazing time on the Dallas party bike, so please exercise common sense, adhere to the rules, and ensure a positive experience for all!

Zero Tolerance Policy for Drivers: Safety First

Dallas Party Bike maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the consumption of intoxicating substances by our drivers. If you suspect that your Dallas party bike driver may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, please immediately utilize our Contact Page or the form provided on our website to report your concerns.
