To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all riders, please adhere to the following rules regarding rental bikes:
- Foam Pit and Resi Box Restrictions: Rental bikes are strictly prohibited from use in the foam pit and Resi Box areas at all times. This is to protect both the equipment and the features.
- No Modifications Allowed: Customers are not permitted to make any adjustments or remove/replace any parts on our rental bikes. Any unauthorized modifications will result in the immediate termination of the rental.
- Pedal Policy: Clipless pedals are not compatible and are not allowed on our rental bikes. Our bikes are equipped with standard pedals suitable for all skill levels.
- Adult Supervision for Children’s Bikes: Adults are not allowed to ride rental bikes designated for children under any circumstances.
- Helmet Requirement: Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times when riding a rental bike within Ray’s Indoor Bike Park. No exceptions will be made to this safety rule.
