Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time.

For our international customers, we provide shipping to a select list of countries using two distinct methods, catering to different needs and timelines for receiving your new bike, be it a standard model or a 2 seater bike for shared adventures. We ship to the following countries:

Shipping Methods and Times

For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Following dispatch, please allow 7-14 business days for your shipment to reach your specified address. Managing Your Shipment: Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while also managing the logistics of shipping your bike, including larger items like a 2 seater bike.

Address Changes:

  • We offer FREE address changes as long as the change is requested before we provide you with the tracking number.
  • Once your package is in transit and the tracking information reflects a successful address change via FedEx, a $20 fee will be applied.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancelling an order after it has shipped incurs a $200 charge.
  • If you refuse delivery of a shipped order or the package is undeliverable, a $200 fee will be charged.
  • Similarly, if a package has been successfully delivered to the original address and you then wish to cancel, a $200 fee applies.

Restocking Fee:

  • For order cancellations after shipment where modification is not possible, you may reject the package. In such cases, a restocking fee of 15% of the ebike cost will be charged.
  • Customers are responsible for a $200 return shipping cost. Usabikers.net will provide a return shipping label and arrange for carrier collection.
  • Defective items returned within 15 days of receipt, with timely notification to our Customer Service, are exempt from restocking fees.
  • Please be aware that we do not accept returns for accessories unless they are due to quality issues.
