Arizona Party Bike Policies: Ensuring a Safe and Fun Ride

Welcome aboard Arizona Party Bike! To ensure everyone has a fantastic and safe experience pedaling through Arizona’s vibrant cities, we’ve established clear policies. As your Party Bike Captain is in charge of every tour, your cooperation and respect are essential. The person who booked the reservation plays a crucial role in assisting the captain to host the group, fostering a fun and secure environment for all participants on our Arizona party bike adventures.

Booking Your Arizona Party Bike Adventure: Reservation Policies

Securing your spot on the Arizona Party Bike is easy! Once you make a reservation, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Please double-check your email address during booking to avoid any miscommunications.

Confirmation Email Statuses Explained:

  • Confirmed: Congratulations! Your booking for the Arizona party bike is confirmed, and no further action is needed from your side. Get ready to pedal and party!
  • Pending: Your reservation is currently pending. This status indicates that either payment confirmation is still required, or your group hasn’t yet reached the minimum rider count for confirmation. A pending reservation is not confirmed until you receive a subsequent email explicitly stating your confirmed status. Smaller groups might be rescheduled to optimize party bike tours, and we will promptly notify you if this occurs, offering options to change times or receive a full refund. For smaller groups eager to experience the Arizona party bike, we highly recommend flexibility with your booking time. Often, we can combine smaller groups to create a lively shared party bike experience!
  • On Hold: This means you’ve joined a waiting list as your chosen time slot is currently unavailable. All customers with pending and on hold bookings will be informed about their confirmation status at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few hours of booking, please call us immediately to verify your email address and booking details.

Punctuality is Key: Arizona Party Bike Arrival Times

To ensure your Arizona party bike tour starts smoothly and on time, please adhere to the following arrival times:

  • Scottsdale: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time at our Scottsdale location. This allows ample time for check-in, waiver verification, purchasing party supplies and adult beverages from our store, a comprehensive safety briefing, and efficient loading onto the party bike. To expedite your check-in process in Scottsdale, you can conveniently pre-order your adult beverages and party essentials online for quick pick-up upon arrival.
  • Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff: In these cities, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your start time. This allows sufficient time for check-in, waiver checks, boarding, and a safety overview, ensuring your Arizona party bike adventure begins promptly. Please note that alcohol is not sold at these locations; it’s strictly BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages).

MANDATORY WAIVERS: Completing your waivers in advance is crucial! Failure to do so may cause delays to your scheduled start time. Please ensure all participants complete the waiver beforehand by clicking here to access and sign the waiver.

Arizona party bike reservations are strictly for the booked time slot. Due to back-to-back bookings, private parties starting late will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect subsequent bookings.

For pub crawls on the Arizona party bike, start and end times are fixed. We cannot wait for latecomers as it inconveniences punctual participants, and ticket refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. If you are delayed, we will attempt to arrange for you to meet the party bike at the first bar stop.

Arizona Party Bike Payment Policies

For private Arizona party bike rentals, a 50% down payment is required upon reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to your booked date.

Reservations involving three or more party bikes necessitate a 50% non-refundable down payment for each bike to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances if bikes are cancelled. Full payment for multiple bike bookings is due 14 days in advance and is also non-refundable.

Individual seat reservations for the Arizona party bike require full payment at the time of booking.

Adult beverages, snacks, drinks, and merchandise pre-ordered through our online store (Scottsdale only) are paid for online during the pre-order process. All in-person purchases at our Scottsdale store are processed at check-out. Please be aware that all sales are final and non-refundable. No returns are accepted.

For information regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling, please refer to our specific cancellations and refunds policy outlined below, which you agree to upon making an Arizona Party Bike reservation.

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please reply directly to your booking confirmation email.

Alcohol Policy on the Arizona Party Bike

Enjoying alcoholic beverages is part of the Arizona party bike experience! However, please be aware that alcohol licensing and regulations vary in each city we operate in. Please review the specific alcohol policies for each location:

Scottsdale: In Scottsdale, you are welcome to enjoy adult beverages purchased directly from our on-site booze store while on board the Arizona party bike. Due to our licensing restrictions, absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.

We offer a wide selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and more at our convenient store! You can also pre-order online (Scottsdale only) for convenient pick-up when you arrive.

All beverages purchased from our store are permitted on the Arizona party bike and come with complimentary coolers, ice, and cups. Any unopened beverages can be taken home with you after your tour.

Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff: In these cities, you are permitted to bring your own adult beverages to enjoy on the Arizona party bike. Alcohol is strictly BYOB as we cannot sell or provide it directly. We will still provide complimentary coolers, ice, and cups for your convenience. Please adhere to the following regulations when bringing your own alcohol on board in Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff:

  • Beer and Wine Only: Permitted alcoholic beverages are limited to beer and wine. This includes seltzers, hard ciders, lemonades, and malt beverages.
  • No Glass or Hard Liquor: Glass containers and hard liquor are strictly prohibited on board for safety reasons. Cans are highly recommended for all beverages.
  • BYOB Only: All alcoholic beverages must be brought by you (BYOB). We cannot provide or sell alcohol at these locations.
  • Stay Onboard with Open Containers: Do not disembark the Arizona party bike with an open container. Public consumption laws are strictly enforced, and violations may result in citations. All alcoholic beverages must remain on the vehicle at all times.
  • Take Unopened Drinks Home: You are welcome to take any unopened drinks with you at the end of your Arizona party bike tour.

IMPORTANT: Do not arrive for your Arizona party bike tour in any city already intoxicated. Service may be refused without a refund if you are visibly intoxicated upon arrival. Our priority is to provide an amazing experience while ensuring your safety and adherence to all legal regulations.

Arizona Party Bike Participant Waiver

For every Arizona party bike tour, all participants are required to present a valid photo ID and sign a rider waiver before commencing the tour. Please share this waiver link with your group so they can complete it in advance.

REMINDER: Advance waiver completion is mandatory. Failure to complete waivers beforehand may delay your scheduled start time. Click here to view and sign the waiver.

The maximum capacity for each Arizona party bike is 14 guests. All guests must be seated with seat belts fastened at all times while the bike is in motion.

Weather Policy for Arizona Party Bike Tours

Arizona Party Bike tours operate rain or shine! However, for safety reasons, we will cancel tours in the event of lightning or other severe weather conditions. Rest assured, we won’t have you pedaling through a monsoon! If we must cancel your party bike tour due to severe weather, you will receive a 100% refund or a rain check to reschedule for another date.

Weather-related cancellations are typically decided shortly before your scheduled start time, as weather conditions can be unpredictable.

For light rain or showers, we will provide complimentary ponchos for your entire group to ensure your comfort!

Inappropriate Behavior and Arizona Party Bike Tour Termination

Inappropriate behavior from any participant will result in the immediate termination of the Arizona party bike tour for the entire group. Your Party Bike Captain has the sole discretion to terminate a tour due to misbehavior. Groups whose tours are terminated for any reason will not receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 early termination penalty fee.

Examples of inappropriate behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical or verbal abuse or disrespect towards your Party Bike Captain.
  • Excessive intoxication – Do not arrive already intoxicated, as service will be denied without refund!
  • Becoming excessively intoxicated during the tour, which will lead to removal from the bike. Please pace yourselves!
  • Removing open containers of alcohol from the party bike onto public streets.
  • Taking alcohol off-premises from bar stops during pub crawls.
  • Providing alcohol to individuals under the age of 21 or on public streets.
  • Bringing glass containers or hard liquor on board the Arizona party bike in violation of local ordinances.
  • Jumping off the vehicle while it is moving or in traffic.
  • Using offensive or vulgar language towards pedestrians, law enforcement, or other drivers.
  • Standing or hanging off the bike while in motion (you must remain seated with your seat belt fastened).
