5 foot 11 inches (180cm) or under: Typically, you only need to remove the wheels and pedals from your road or triathlon bike. This means your precise handlebar and seat adjustments can remain as they are. Even hydration systems can often stay in place, making packing time as quick as 5 minutes!

Riders over 5 foot 11 inches (180cm): With road or triathlon bikes, you might need to remove the rear derailleur, lower the seat post, or both. Even with these minor adjustments, packing usually takes between just 10 to 20 minutes.

Riders over 6 foot 3 inches (190cm): Owners of large and extra-large TT bikes may need to slightly reduce the reach of their TT bars to ensure a perfect fit within the bike box.

For added safety during air travel, we recommend reducing tire pressure by approximately 5%. This minimal deflation prevents pressure buildup and also helps maintain your tubeless sealant by keeping the tire bead sealed.
