- Hand Pump: Keep your tires properly inflated. We provide a hand pump, ensuring optimal riding performance. (Please note we do not offer CO2 inflators).

Las Vegas Cyclery Bike Hire Policy: Important Information
To ensure a smooth rental process, please familiarize yourself with our bike hire policy:
- Cancellation Policy: We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two full days prior to your scheduled pick-up time on the first day of your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Required Documentation & Security: Upon pick-up, the following is mandatory:
- Credit Card: The credit card used for the online booking. If unavailable, a new credit card with matching photo ID will be required.
- Photo ID: Matching the name on the credit card.
- Active Cell Phone: We will call the provided cell phone number for verification before you leave the shop.
- Presence of All Participants: All individuals in the rental party must be present to provide their IDs.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit ranging from $1500 to $4500 per bike, depending on the bike model, will be held on your credit card. This hold will be released within 24 hours after the bike is returned in good condition.
- Terms and Conditions: By proceeding with your bike hire in Las Vegas with Las Vegas Cyclery, you agree to the following:
- Payment: We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard for online payments.
- Reservations: Online reservations are highly recommended, especially as our bike rental inventory is updated live.
- Rental Agreement: A valid driver’s license, credit card, active cell phone, and signed online waiver are required for all rentals.
- Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period.
- Optional Insurance: For added peace of mind, optional damage insurance is available for purchase, covering up to $1,000 of damages.
- Substitutions: In rare circumstances, we may need to make substitutions due to unforeseen issues. We will always strive to notify you in advance and accommodate your needs as best as possible.
