Understanding the current situation with Covid-19, we are currently operating without customers entering the physical shop. To ensure your safety and convenience, we have set up a dedicated service area with tables and bike stands right in front of our shop. This allows us to safely bring bikes and bike parts directly to you outside for any purchases you wish to make. Our service department is also fully operational, providing bike repair services with a convenient outside pick-up and drop-off system for your bikes needing attention. Please note that bike rentals and demos are temporarily suspended until further notice.
For our online customers, BikeParts.com is operating at full capacity, ensuring you can access a wide range of bike & parts from the comfort of your home. Our shipping partners, USPS and Fedex, are also running smoothly, and we have experienced minimal delays for the majority of our customers across the US over the past couple of weeks. For our local online customers who prefer to pick up their orders, will-call orders can be collected at Peak Cycles. We encourage you to call ahead for curbside pickup, or simply come to the front door, and we will promptly bring your order out to you.
