To ensure smooth rides and good times for everyone, we’ve established clear policies that our Buzz Bike Captain will enforce at all times. We also count on the booking organizer to assist the captain in guiding the group, fostering a fun yet responsible atmosphere.
Buzz Bike Reservation Guidelines
Once you’ve booked your buzz bike adventure, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Please double-check your email for accuracy before finalizing your booking.
A Confirmed status in your email means you’re all set! No further action is needed.
A Pending status indicates that your reservation requires either payment confirmation or hasn’t yet met the minimum rider count for confirmation. It’s important to note that pending reservations are not confirmed until you receive a subsequent email explicitly stating confirmation. Smaller groups might be offered alternative times to join with other groups to ensure the ride proceeds, and we will promptly inform you if such adjustments are necessary. In such cases, you’ll have the option to adjust your time or receive a full refund.
For smaller groups eager to experience the buzz bike, flexibility with your booking time is recommended. Often, we can combine smaller groups at different times to make the buzz bike experience happen!
An On Hold email signifies you’ve joined a waiting list because your chosen time slot is currently unavailable. All customers with pending and on hold bookings will be notified about their confirmation status 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us immediately to verify your email and booking details.
Punctuality for Your Buzz Bike Tour
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled buzz bike tour time. This allows ample time for check-in, boarding, and a comprehensive safety briefing to get your party started promptly.
COMPLETED WAIVERS ARE MANDATORY BEFORE DEPARTURE. FAILURE TO COMPLETE WAIVERS IN ADVANCE MAY LEAD TO DELAYS IN YOUR START TIME.
Buzz bike tours operate strictly within the booked time slots. For private buzz bike parties that start late, the tour will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect subsequent bookings.
For pub crawl buzz bike tours, departure and return times are fixed. We cannot accommodate late arrivals as it’s unfair to punctual participants, and ticket refunds will not be issued for latecomers. If you are delayed, we will try to arrange for you to meet the buzz bike group at the first bar stop.
Buzz Bike Payment Policies
Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. Any fraudulent activity, including associated communications and video evidence, will be reported to law enforcement. For verification purposes, the ID and credit card used for booking must be presented unless prior management approval is obtained.
For private buzz bike group bookings, a 50% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 14 days prior to the booked date.
For reservations involving three or more buzz bikes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for each bike to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances of cancellation. Full payment is due 14 days in advance and is also non-refundable.
Individual seat reservations for the buzz bike require full payment at the time of booking.

Buzz Bike Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your buzz bike reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled date for a full refund or to reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via phone or email.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the reservation date are not permitted. Any payments made will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within this 14-day period.
If a buzz bike reservation is rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled or cancelled a second time. These bookings remain subject to full charge. Please ensure timely cancellation or rescheduling if necessary.
For bookings of three or more buzz bikes, a 50% non-refundable deposit applies per bike. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Full payment is due 14 days in advance and is non-refundable.
Buzz Bike Alcohol Policy: BYOB
The buzz bike operates as a party bus service, allowing you to BYOB – Bring Your Own Beverages – beer, wine, and seltzers on board! To ensure a fun, safe, and legal environment, we have the following alcohol policies that must be observed by all groups:
- Permitted beverages include beer and wine only. Seltzers, hard lemonades, canned cocktails (like High Noons), and malt beverages are also acceptable.
- Glass containers and hard liquor are strictly prohibited on the buzz bike. Cans are recommended for beer, and boxed wine or plastic containers for wine are preferable.
- All alcoholic beverages are BYOB. We do not provide or sell alcohol.
- Stepping off the buzz bike with an open container is a violation of public consumption laws and may result in citations. All alcoholic beverages must remain on the buzz bike at all times!
Our goal is to provide an amazing experience, but your safety is paramount! DO NOT arrive for your buzz bike tour already intoxicated, as service may be refused without refund.
Buzz Bike Participant Waiver
All buzz bike participants are required to present a valid photo ID at the time of reservation and sign a rider waiver. For private group bookings, the “pre-arrival waiver” link can be shared with your group members for advance completion. This link is included in your confirmation email after booking your buzz bike tour.

Buzz Bike Weather Policy
Our buzz bikes operate rain or shine. However, for safety reasons, tours will be cancelled in the event of lightning or severe weather conditions. Rest assured, you won’t be pedaling through a storm! If we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, you will receive a 100% refund or a rain check for a future date.
Weather-related cancellations are determined shortly before your tour’s scheduled start time, as weather conditions can be unpredictable.
Buzz Bike Inappropriate Behavior Policy & Termination
Inappropriate behavior from any participant may lead to the termination of the buzz bike tour for the entire group. The Buzz Bike Captain has the sole discretion to terminate a tour due to misconduct. Groups whose tours are terminated for inappropriate behavior will not receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 early termination penalty fee.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Physical or verbal abuse or disrespect towards the Buzz Bike Captain.
- Excessive intoxication – arriving intoxicated will result in denied service without refund!
- Becoming excessively intoxicated during the tour may lead to removal from the buzz bike. Please drink responsibly!
- Removing open containers of alcohol from the buzz bike onto public streets.
- Bringing alcohol from bar stops off-premises.
- Providing alcohol to individuals under 21 or on public streets.
- Bringing glass containers or hard liquor onto the buzz bike, violating local ordinances.
- Jumping off the buzz bike while it is in motion or in traffic.
- Using offensive language towards pedestrians, police officers, or other drivers.
- Standing or hanging off the buzz bike (you must remain seated with your seat belt fastened while moving).
- Any other inappropriate behavior or violation of local, state, and federal laws.
Remember, the Buzz Bike Captain is in charge and their instructions must be respected at all times! Enjoy your buzz bike experience responsibly, exercise common sense, and adhere to all rules!
Zero Tolerance Policy for Buzz Bike Drivers
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the consumption of intoxicating substances by our buzz bike drivers. If you suspect your driver is under the influence, please report it immediately via our Contact Page or the form provided. Include the driver’s name (if known), booking date and time, incident details, and any other relevant information. Complaints can also be reported directly to 3-1-1. Drivers suspected of intoxication will be immediately suspended pending investigation and terminated if found in violation.
