Citibank boasts a network of over 65,000 fee-free ATMs across the United States. This claim is based on locations where customers can withdraw cash without incurring a surcharge from the ATM operator. Citibank customers using their Citibank® Banking Card at ATMs within Citibank branches, select retail locations, and MoneyPass® Network ATMs in the U.S. can access cash, account information, and transfers between linked Citibank accounts without surcharge fees. Standard account charges still apply. It’s important to note that ATMs in retail stores and non-Citi locations may have limited functionalities and are not operated by Citibank. Convenient Mobile Banking with Citi Mobile App and Mobile Check Deposit

Citibank provides the Citi Mobile App and Mobile Check Deposit service for convenient banking on the go. While Citibank does not charge fees for these services, standard account charges are applicable. Using the Citi Mobile app or Mobile Check Deposit requires a web-enabled cell or smartphone, and charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Citibank is not liable for third-party products and services. Mobile Check Deposit is exclusively for personal checking accounts and is subject to eligibility, deposit limits, and other restrictions.

No Overdraft Fees for Added Financial Flexibility

Citibank’s policy includes no overdraft fees, encouraging responsible account management. While overdraft fees are waived, customers should be mindful of the implications of overdrawing their accounts. The ability to overdraw may be limited, and an overdrawn account reflects a negative balance. Overdrafts occur when a transaction item is processed that results in a negative balance or increases an existing negative balance. Citibank retains the discretion to either return (“Returned Item”) or pay (“Overdraft”) transaction items if insufficient funds are available in the Available Now Balance. Citibank may discontinue overdraft privileges without prior notice or cause. It’s important to note that fees for Deposited Check Returned Unpaid may still apply for returned checks, regardless of overdraft status.

Seamless Payments with Zelle®

Citibank integrates Zelle®, enabling customers with eligible checking accounts and a valid email address or U.S. mobile number to send money to almost anyone with a U.S. bank account. Terms, conditions, and restrictions apply to Zelle®. For security, Zelle® should only be used for transactions with known and trusted individuals. Neither Citibank nor Zelle® offer protection for authorized payments made via Zelle®, such as in cases of undelivered or misrepresented purchased items. Citibank offers commission-free trading for ETFs, excluding leveraged and inverse ETFs. This benefit applies to online and Citi Mobile® App trades. Phone-based ETF trades incur commissions. Exclusive Access to Citigold Lounges

Citigold status grants access to Citigold Lounges. Entry may require verification of Citigold status via photo ID and a current Citigold debit card or other proof. Lounge amenities, admittance policies, and hours may vary and are subject to change, potentially including restrictions during private events. Lounge depictions may be artist renderings or representative real estate. For the most current information on Citigold Lounge access, clients should contact their dedicated team.

Citigold Culture Pass for Arts and Culture Access

Citigold and Citigold Private Client Relationship Tiers include the Citigold Culture Pass, providing complimentary daytime admission for the client and one guest to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (Guggenheim), and The New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) during normal business hours, weekdays and weekends, subject to availability and change.

Tickets, unless indicated otherwise, must be obtained online in advance using an offer code from a Wealth Advisor. Entry requires a ticket, Citigold or Citigold Private Client Debit Card, and valid ID.

MoMA tickets may be available in person on the same day, subject to availability. Guggenheim benefit is valid only at the New York City location; tickets must be obtained in person with a Citigold or Citigold Private Client Debit Card and valid ID. NYBG offers complimentary All-Garden Pass admission, with potential restrictions during timed ticketing events; the Holiday Train Show may have blackout dates. Citigold Private Client status increases mobile check deposit limits for both individual customers and per account. These increased limits are not applicable to customers with a Citibank deposit relationship less than six months old or those in specific international banking relationships with Citi. Citigold Private Client Subscription Rebate Program: Enhanced Rewards

Citigold Private Client customers may be invited to an enhanced Subscription Rebate Program, similar to the Citigold program but including Blade® and The Wall Street Journal subscriptions in addition to Costco, TSA PreCheck®, Hulu®, Amazon Prime®, Spotify Premium, and Global Entry. Rebate and eligibility terms are similar to the Citigold program, requiring purchases with a Citibank® Debit Card and maintaining Citigold Private Client status with an open Checking Account.

Account Monthly Service Fees and Tiered Waivers

Monthly Service Fees for deposit accounts are waived for customers in Citigold Private Client, Citigold, or Citi Priority Relationship Tiers during the calendar month. Re-Tiering occurs if Combined Average Monthly Balance (CAMB) requirements are not met for three consecutive months.

Monthly Service Fees are also waived for Regular Checking and Access Checking accounts under specific conditions, such as $250+ in Enhanced Direct Deposits (EDD) or during the account opening month and the first three full calendar months. Citi Savings and Citi Accelerate Savings accounts also have Monthly Service Fee waivers based on Average Monthly Balance, ownership of a Regular or Access Checking account, or during the initial months after account opening. Certain customers may have Tier Exclusions through separate notice.

Non-qualifying deposits include teller, cash, check, wire transfers, Citibank account transfers, ATM transactions, mobile check deposits, and debit card-based P2P payments.

***Citi Miles Ahead Savings, UTMAs Savings accounts, and COMMA accounts are exempt from monthly service fees.
