Furthermore, partial warranty coverage can be transferred to subsequent owners, as detailed below. The warranty for your Tuttiosport dirt bike is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date by the initial buyer (“the Buyer”). This period is designed to cover potential manufacturing issues that may arise in the initial years of ownership, giving adult riders assurance in their investment.
It’s important to understand that any repairs or replacements made during the warranty period do not extend the original warranty duration. The warranty remains aligned with the initial purchase date.
Warranty registration is automatic. It activates when the original purchaser orders and receives their dirt bike directly from the Tuttiosport online shop. This warranty applies solely to the initial purchaser, ensuring that the benefits are directly provided to the original customer of the adult dirt bike.

Frame Warranty
The frame of your Tuttiosport e-dirt bike is crucial, and it’s protected by a replacement warranty for 2 years. This warranty is particularly important for adult dirt bike riders who often put their frames through rigorous use.
This warranty strictly includes a replacement frame. It does not cover labor costs associated with transferring components to the new frame. A Tuttiosport service representative will assess the frame to determine if it meets the replacement criteria under the warranty.
When replacing a frame under warranty, Tuttiosport reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock. If the original frame style or color is unavailable, Tuttiosport may, at its discretion, replace it with a compatible style or color.
However, certain frame issues are not covered under this warranty. These exclusions include, but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint issues such as fade, scratches, and impact marks
- Damage from impacts
- Non-reversible modifications, like drilling or welding
- Chain guards mounted to the frame, if applicable
Battery Warranty

Please note that no cash reimbursements are provided under the battery warranty. Assessments for battery defects can only be conducted and determined directly by Tuttiosport.
Exclusions from Battery Warranty:
This Limited Warranty does not extend to issues arising from:
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use, including stunt riding, racing, or activities inconsistent with the dirt bike’s intended use.
- Improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt.
- Neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
- Modifications made privately to the battery.
- Cosmetic damages like scratches and dents, unless caused directly by Tuttiosport.
- Products where the serial number or barcode has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Issues from using accessories, products, or peripheral equipment not approved by Tuttiosport.
- Damages caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustments that deviate from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual.
- External factors such as collisions, fire, flooding, storms, lightning, earthquakes, weather exposure, theft, blown fuses, or misuse of any electrical source.

- Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Tuttiosport battery.
- Improper use of a battery charger.
- Broken or tampered battery seals.

Parts & Components Warranty
Original Tuttiosport parts and components are also covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This includes essential parts that ensure your adult dirt bike performs optimally. However, if more than a specified number of days have passed since you received your dirt bike, replacements under warranty may require you to cover shipping costs.
Exclusions from Parts & Components Warranty:
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following for parts and components:
- Corrosion due to environmental exposure (moisture, heat, etc.).
- Deterioration of surface finish, appearance, or general aesthetics of the product.
- Labor costs for part replacement or changeover.
- Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use, including stunt riding and racing.
- Improper storage, exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt.
- Neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
- Cosmetic damages like scratches and dents not caused by Tuttiosport.
- Products with removed, defaced, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes.
- Use of non-Tuttiosport approved accessories or parts.
- Damage from improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustments not following the manuals.
- External causes such as collisions, fire, flooding, storms, lightning, earthquakes, weather, theft, blown fuses, or electrical misuse.
- Normal wear and tear not due to manufacturing defects. Tuttiosport will assess wear and tear to determine warranty applicability.

Tuttiosport will provide free components and replacement parts. However, please note that shipping fees are not included, and any installation costs will not be covered by Tuttiosport unless authorized by our after-sales team.
Shipping Damage Claims
