This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Tuttiosport and applies to your product purchase. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, and this Warranty does not affect those rights.
Before you ride your new product, especially a Dirt Mini Bike, it’s important to read the manuals provided. They contain crucial safety information, as well as instructions for assembly, proper use, and maintenance to ensure longevity and performance.
Tuttiosport warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, following Tuttiosport’s guidelines, for a specific period from the original purchase date. These guidelines are detailed in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications. “Original retail purchase” means buying the product new directly from Tuttiosport. Warranty coverage may be partially transferable to subsequent owners, as explained below.
Understanding Your Dirt Mini Bike Warranty Scope
TUTTIOSPORT provides a limited warranty for the electric vehicles they sell, which could include electric dirt mini bikes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage and proper maintenance. Please note that complimentary accessories are not covered under the warranty service.
Warranty Period for Your Dirt Mini Bike and Terms for the Original Buyer
The warranty period for your product, potentially including your dirt mini bike, is 2 years from the original purchase date by the initial buyer (“the Buyer”).
Any repairs or replacements made during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty’s duration.
Warranty registration is automatic when the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online shop and applies solely to that initial purchaser.
Products Covered Under This Warranty
Tuttiosport will replace any component found to be defective or damaged, including shipping damage, unless it’s due to user error. The warranty covers the products listed below with the following terms:
Dirt Mini Bike Frame Warranty
Tuttiosport ebike frames, which may include frames for dirt mini bikes if applicable, are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty.
This warranty covers only the replacement frame. Labor costs for transferring parts to the new frame are not included. A Tuttiosport service representative will determine if the frame qualifies for replacement under warranty standards.
Tuttiosport may use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under warranty. If the original frame style or color is unavailable, Tuttiosport may replace it with a compatible style or color at their discretion.
Frame issues not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fading, scratches, and impact marks
- Damage from impacts
- Non-reversible modifications (like drilling or welding)
- Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
Dirt Mini Bike Battery Warranty
Tuttiosport batteries, potentially including batteries for electric dirt mini bikes, have a 2-year prorated warranty.
During the first 2 years: A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged from the original purchase date.
No cash refunds will be issued.
Only Tuttiosport can assess and determine if a battery is defective.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including stunt riding, racing, or similar activities not typical for the product’s intended use), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
- Defects or damage from unauthorized modifications.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Tuttiosport.
- Products with removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects or damage caused by using accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by Tuttiosport for the Products.
- Defects or damage from assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment that deviates from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual.
- Defects or damage from external causes like collisions, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, weather exposure, theft, blown fuses, or improper electrical source use.
Specifically for batteries, this Limited Warranty excludes defects or damage resulting from:
- Charging with a battery charger not intended or suitable for the Battery.
- Improper use of a battery charger.
- Broken or tampered battery seals.
- Battery use in equipment other than the Bike it was designed for.
Parts & Components Warranty for Your Dirt Mini Bike
Original Tuttiosport parts and components, potentially including those on your dirt mini bike, are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. (If it has been more than days since you received your bike, shipping costs will apply for part replacements under warranty.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Parts damaged by corrosion due to environmental exposure (moisture, heat, etc.).
- Damage or deterioration to the product’s surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics.
- Labor costs for part replacement or changeover.
- Defects or damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including stunt riding, racing, or similar activities not consistent with the product’s intended use), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Tuttiosport.
- Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Defects or damage to Products from using accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Tuttiosport.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual.
- Defects or damage from external causes such as collisions, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, weather exposure, theft, blown fuses, or improper electrical source use.
- Normal wear and tear not due to defects in workmanship or materials. Tuttiosport will assess wear and tear.
Dirt Mini Bike Warranty Claims Process
All warranty claims for your product, including potential dirt mini bike claims, must be directed through Tuttiosport and submitted to [email protected]. To start a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged item. We recommend contacting Tuttiosport at [email protected] before filing a claim, as a simple solution might resolve the issue without a formal claim. Valid warranty claims within 2 years of purchase will be handled by Tuttiosport.
Tuttiosport will not replace any part without seeing photo or video evidence of the damage, which customers must provide via email.
Tuttiosport provides free components and replacement parts (shipping fees excluded), and installation fees are not covered by Tuttiosport without after-sales team authorization.
Shipping Damage Claims for Your Purchase
In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact [email protected] with photo or video proof.
Free accessories are not eligible for replacement or compensation if scratched during shipping.
NOTICE: Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days of product receipt.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original product purchaser. Consumable parts like tires, inner tubes, brake pads, and batteries are not covered. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or inability to use. Warranty is void if transferred or purchased on other platforms.

This warranty is Tuttiosport’s sole and exclusive warranty, and no other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
