Essential Rental Information and Policies
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience, please take note of the following important terms and conditions:
- Rental Duration: All rental charges are based on a full 24-hour period per bike. This policy allows you maximum flexibility to enjoy your ride at your own pace.
- Age Requirement: Renters must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to sign the rental agreement on your behalf.
- Helmets: For your safety, helmets are mandatory but not provided with rentals. However, we offer a selection of affordable helmets for purchase at our store if you are unable to bring your own.
- Reservations: To guarantee bike availability and ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, advance reservations are highly recommended. Please use our online booking form to secure your bike.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellations and Refunds: We understand plans can change. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled rental pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a $20 setup and service fee per bike.
- Brake Configuration: All our rental bikes are set up with a standard brake orientation: Left lever controls the front brake, and the right lever controls the rear brake. We are unable to alter this configuration.
- Damage and Liability: A credit card will be kept on file as security. By renting, you authorize Fanatik Bikes to charge your card for any damage to or loss of the rental bike.
