Remember, you are responsible for any damage to the bikes, gear, or parts during your rental period. For rentals extending over days when our shop is closed, please be aware that customers are responsible for the full rental cost for any equipment in their possession during closures. This includes Federal Holidays (and any associated early closures or late openings), staff retreats, and inventory days. Our Events Calendar provides a detailed schedule of these dates. To avoid any extra charges, simply return your rental equipment during our regular business hours before any scheduled closure.
Every rental and demo bike comes fully equipped with a Giro helmet for your safety, a Spurcycle trail bell for trail awareness, a bottle cage to stay hydrated, and your choice of pedals. If you prefer to use your own pedals and saddle, just let us know, and we’ll gladly accommodate you. For those wanting extra preparedness on the trail, repair kits (including a pump, tire levers, and tube) are available to rent for a small fee of $5 per day. Please ensure repair kits are returned complete; any missing or used items will be charged at retail value for replacement. Cable locks are also available upon request for added security.
