With Portland’s equivalent event canceled this year, the Philly ride attracted an even larger crowd, with some participants traveling from as far as the West Coast to join the naked bike riders of Philadelphia.
Like numerous events linked to the World Naked Bike Ride, a global movement encompassing over 120 similar gatherings, the Philly ride promotes cycling as a sustainable mode of transport and advocates for a reduced reliance on fossil fuels.
