Keep Your Bike Safe with a Free U-Lock
Bike theft can be a concern on any campus, but we’re here to help! Protect your investment by securing your bike with a robust U-lock. Current UWF students can get a FREE U-lock from the Bike Shop or the Rec Center in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility (HLS), while supplies last. Just show your valid Nautilus Card at either location to claim yours and ensure your bike stays right where you left it.

Please note that the Bike Shop will be closed during University holidays and when the HLS Facility has modified hours. You can check the HLS Modified Hours and Holidays page for any closures that may affect your visit.

Looking for a bike for the whole semester? Our semester rental program is an affordable and convenient option for students.

Bicycle Rental Contract
To rent a bike from us, participants (or a legal guardian if under 18) need to complete our Bicycle Rental Contract. You can download the form in advance or fill it out when you arrive at the Bike Shop.

Convenient Bike Repair Kiosks on Campus
For minor repairs on the go, UWF SGA has installed bike repair kiosks at several convenient locations across campus:
- University Commons Bookstore side entrance
- Heritage Hall front entrance
- Argo Central front entrance
The Yellow Bike Project: Build Your Own Commuter Bike
Want a unique and affordable bike for getting around campus? Check out our Yellow Bike program! This program offers you the chance to own a refurbished bike perfect for campus commuting.
We offer two Yellow Bike options:

DIY Yellow Bike ($25): For just $25, you get a donated bike and sun yellow spray paint. Work with our Bike Shop staff to refurbish your bike from the ground up. This option is open to UWF Students, Faculty, and Staff.

Pre-built Yellow Bike ($60 for students, $85 for non-students): Choose from our selection of pre-refurbished Yellow Bikes. These bikes have been prepped, painted, tuned up, and include a new chain by our Bike Shop team. Pre-built Yellow Bikes are available to everyone.
Yellow Bikes are typically available about three weeks after the semester starts and are limited to one per participant.
