Easy Changes & Cancellations
Life happens, and we get it. You can modify or cancel your Snow Summit Bike Park reservations up to 3 full days before your scheduled date and receive a full refund. This gives you ample flexibility to adjust your plans without penalty.
Activity Change Vouchers
For changes or cancellations made within 3 days, but still before the day of your scheduled activity, we offer an Activity Change Voucher. This voucher will be issued for the full value of your booking, allowing you to reschedule your bike park fun for another day without losing any value. This provides a great option if you need to shift your visit due to unforeseen circumstances.
Same-Day Changes & No-Shows
Please note that same-day changes, cancellations, or simply not showing up for your scheduled bike park activity will result in the full forfeiture of your payment. Because of the planning and resource allocation required to provide a great bike park experience, we are unable to offer refunds or vouchers for last-minute changes or no-shows.
Important Check-in Information
To ensure a secure and smooth check-in process, the original purchaser must be present and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, along with the form of payment used for the reservation. This is a necessary step to protect your purchase and prevent fraud. No exceptions to this policy can be made.
Understanding Ticket Validity
Once a purchase is made, any attempts to reverse the payment after funds have been removed from Big Bear Mountain Resort will result in your tickets becoming void and unusable. Fraudulent chargebacks will lead to being barred from future events at Big Bear Mountain Resort. We are committed to maintaining fair and secure transactions for all our guests.
Using Gift Cards & Other Payment Methods
Currently, Snow Summit Bike Park Gift Cards, Pass Holder Discounts, Pass Cash, and Activity Change Vouchers cannot be applied to online purchases. These payment methods are happily accepted for in-person transactions or by calling 844.GO2.BEAR. We are continuously working to improve our online system to include these options in the future.

Safety Guidelines & Compliance
All guests at Snow Summit Bike Park are required to adhere to the Big Bear Mountain Resort rules of conduct and the NSAA Responsibility Code. Failure to comply with park rules, misconduct, or reckless behavior may result in the suspension or revocation of lift tickets or season passes without refund.
Ticket Integrity & Age Verification
Purchasing child tickets for adult use is considered fraudulent activity and is strictly prohibited. Snow Summit Bike Park is dedicated to ensuring fair ticket usage based on age categories. Guests found misusing tickets will be escorted from the park and may face further consequences, including a ban from future visits.
Preventing Ticket Fraud
Snow Summit Bike Park lift tickets are non-transferable and not for resale. Violators may be prosecuted under California Penal Code 537 PC. To ensure guest and employee safety, all bike lessons must be booked through certified BBMR instructors. Unauthorized lessons are prohibited, and those involved will forfeit park access and may be subject to prosecution.
