We understand that purchasing an electric bike is an investment, and we stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Should you encounter any issues, our commitment is to provide exceptional customer service and resolve your concerns efficiently.
Warranty Period: One Year of Assurance
Wired Ebikes (“Wired Ebikes”) warrants each new wired freedom electric bike and its Covered Components against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery. This limited warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser, who must provide electronic proof of purchase – including the order number, email address, and name used during the initial purchase. This warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners. During this one-year warranty period, any component deemed defective will be repaired or replaced without charge. It’s important to note that any repaired or replaced part is warranted for the remainder of the original one (1) year warranty period, starting from the initial ebike delivery date. Repairing or replacing a component does not extend, add to, or modify the original warranty duration.
Covered Components: What’s Protected?
The limited warranty encompasses the following components of your wired freedom electric bike: motor, controller, LCD display, battery, electrical sensors, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, and shifter. Please be aware that stripped threads resulting from assembly errors by the operator are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty is limited to parts only. The responsibility for component installation and any associated labor costs rests solely with the customer. Wired Ebikes, LLC will not be responsible for labor costs related to the installation of any parts or components covered by this warranty unless such costs are explicitly approved on a case-by-case basis.
Battery Warranty: Powering Your Ride, Guaranteed
Batteries for wired freedom electric bikes are protected by a one (1) year pro-rated warranty. If a battery is found to be defective or its capacity falls below 50% of its rated value within the warranty period, we will repair it at no cost to you. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the battery.
The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains aligned with the original delivery date of your wired freedom electric bike. To ensure your battery warranty remains valid, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Avoid charging the battery in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 degrees Celsius) or above 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius).
- Allow the battery to cool down to ambient temperature after riding your wired freedom electric bike before charging.
- Protect the battery from water damage.
- Charge the battery at least once per month to maintain its health.
Warranty Exclusions: Understanding Limitations
It is important to understand what is not covered under the Wired Ebikes warranty. Any items not specifically listed under “Covered Components” are excluded. Rear racks are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, consumable parts or parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chains, and spokes, are not covered.
Furthermore, any damage or defects to Covered Components arising from the following situations are not covered by the warranty: failure to comply with the user manual instructions, force majeure events, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, unauthorized alterations or modifications without written consent from Wired Ebikes, assembly or repair work conducted by unauthorized third parties, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the wired freedom electric bike as sold, operator errors, water damage, extreme riding conditions, or improper maintenance.
Damages resulting from improper use, including overloading the ebike beyond its rated load capacity or raising the seat post above its minimum insertion mark, are also excluded.
Wired freedom electric bikes used for competition or commercial purposes, including rental or lease services, are not covered by this limited warranty unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Wired Ebikes.
Any complimentary gifts or accessories provided with the wired freedom electric bike are not covered by this limited warranty.
This limited warranty does not extend to the sale of spare parts and accessories.
Damage resulting from the use of a third-party battery charger not supplied by Wired Ebikes is not covered under warranty. Using an aftermarket battery not purchased directly from Wired Ebikes will void all warranties for all electronic components. Using aftermarket batteries is dangerous and may lead to fires, smoking, sparking, and other damage to the battery and/or the wired freedom electric bike components.

1. Warranty Claims
If you suspect a component of your wired freedom electric bike is defective, it is crucial to contact Wired Ebikes without delay. All warranty claims must be submitted via email to [email protected].
To avoid potentially voiding your warranty and causing further damage to your wired freedom electric bike, which could compromise its safety and reliability, please refrain from attempting to repair or replace any components yourself before contacting Wired Ebikes.
If our customer service team confirms that a replacement part is necessary, they will provide clear instructions on how to return the defective part and receive the replacement. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with warranty claims. Wired Ebikes retains the sole discretion to determine whether a defective component is covered by this limited warranty.

Wired Ebikes is not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping after your wired freedom electric bike leaves our facility. To protect your purchase from potential damage caused by shipping carriers, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
