Whether you’re looking for a safe spot to store your bike on campus, or are interested in the convenience of a Bike House, we’ve made it more affordable than ever.
Secure Bike Parking Options Now More Affordable
The price for annual bike house passes has dropped from $52.80 to just $24! For those needing even more secure individual storage, annual bike locker spaces are now available for $79.20, a substantial decrease from the previous rate of $182.40. These reduced rates make it easier and more budget-friendly to protect your bicycle while you work, study, or explore the UW Seattle campus.

The University of Washington provides extensive bicycle parking facilities to support our cycling community. Beyond these new rates for bike houses and lockers, remember that free bike racks are conveniently located near every building and facility on campus. Many buildings also offer indoor bike rooms for added security and protection from the elements.
Bike Racks
With over 7,800 spaces available, our covered and uncovered bike racks are a convenient free option for short-term parking. If you consistently find racks full at your usual destinations, or have suggestions for new rack locations, please reach out to Transportation Services at [email protected].
Bike Rooms
For building occupants seeking indoor storage, many UW buildings feature secure bike rooms. Residence halls also provide designated bike rooms for student residents. To access bike rooms in non-residential buildings, please contact the Building Coordinator. For residence hall bike room access, connect with Housing and Food Services or your hall’s front desk.

Bike Houses and Lockers
For the highest level of security and weather protection, consider our bike houses and individual bike lockers. These options provide enclosed, reserved spaces for your bicycle for a small annual fee – now even smaller with these new reduced rates! Bike houses offer shared, sheltered parking, while lockers provide individual, fully enclosed storage.
