Taking place from August 7th to 18th at the scenic Rivers Edge Apple River Campground in New Richmond, Wisconsin, this week-long celebration is more than just a rally – it’s an experience. As you plan your journey, picture yourself surrounded by fellow riders, the rumble of engines echoing in the air, and the proud display of the Indian Bike Logo, a symbol of heritage, freedom, and the open road.
This isn’t just another bike event; Indian Bike Week is a gathering built by and for the community, fostering camaraderie and a shared passion for the legendary Indian Motorcycles. While not officially endorsed by Indian Motorcycle International, LLC, this event captures the independent spirit and enduring appeal of the brand, instantly recognizable by its iconic indian bike logo.

Pre-Event Warm-Up: Early Arrivals
Thursday, August 7th: Kick off the festivities with an informal grill out at the organizer’s home. Bring your own food and beverages (BYOB) and connect with early birds eager to start the week’s adventures.
Friday, August 8th: Join the Early Arrivals Meet and Greet at Acapulco’s Restaurant in Stillwater from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow attendees and get a taste of the local scene before heading to the campground.
Saturday, August 9th: Campground Setup & Pre-Week Festivities
Starting around 12:00 PM, organizers will be at the campgrounds preparing for the week. Attendees are welcome to join and get acquainted with the venue.
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Meet and Greet at the Campgrounds (Non-official Indian Bike Week Day). Start building connections and sharing your excitement for the week ahead.
- 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Big Guys BBQ at 1237 WI-35, Hudson, WI 54016 (Non-official Indian Bike Week Day). Enjoy some delicious BBQ and casual conversation.
- 5:00 PM Onward: Check-in begins at Rivers Edge Apple River Campgrounds. Please note that cash is preferred for last-minute registrations and merchandise purchases throughout the week to expedite lines and avoid service fees. Remember, the indian bike logo merchandise is a must-have to commemorate your experience!
Official Indian Bike Week Begins!
Sunday, August 10th: Stillwater Ride & Welcome Social
(Official Start of Indian Bike Week)
Fuel up with breakfast before the day’s ride, and pack some snacks as lunch will be later in the afternoon.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Meet at Rivers Edge Apple River Campgrounds, 1820 Raleigh Rd, New Richmond, WI 54017. Gear up and prepare for the first official ride.
- 9:30 AM: Departure to Elmwood, Wisconsin. Enjoy a scenic morning ride through the Wisconsin countryside.
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Hydration Stop in Elmwood. Refresh and connect with fellow riders.
- 12:30 PM: Departure from Elmwood, returning towards Stillwater.
- 2:00 PM: Arrival in Stillwater. Explore the charming downtown area, browse the local shops, and soak in the atmosphere. Don’t miss the Candy Store and Oil and Vinegar shop!
- 2:30 PM: Private Lunch Function at The Tilted Tiki Tropical Bar & Restaurant, 324 Main St S, Stillwater, MN 55082. Enjoy a dedicated space for Indian Bike Week attendees. Alternatively, MadCapper is suggested if there’s a wait at the Tiki Restaurant.
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Meet and Greet Social Hour back at Rivers Edge Campgrounds. Relax, share stories from the ride, and enjoy the evening.
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Merchandise Sales, Bonfire, Live Music, and Trading Post. Grab your official Indian Bike Week gear featuring the iconic indian bike logo and enjoy the evening’s entertainment.
- 7:00 PM: BBQ Potluck. A community-driven potluck BBQ, spearheaded by Robert Fisher and volunteers. Bring a dish to share (excluding potato salad and chocolate chip cookies, as per Robert’s request!). This is a fantastic example of the community spirit that defines Indian Bike Week.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Raffles, Live Music, Social Hour, and Trading Post continue into the evening.
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Shuttle service to and from New Richmond hotels for $10 round trip.
Monday, August 11th: Official Indian Bike Week Ride – St. Croix River Valley
(Official Indian Bike Week Ride – Chase Vehicle Provided)
Skip breakfast and bring a snack for this exciting day of riding.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Meet at Rivers Edge Apple River Campgrounds.
- 9:30 AM: Departure Ride through Burkhardt to Minnesota, heading north on Highway 95 along the scenic St. Croix River Valley to Wolf Creek.
- 11:30 AM: Arrival at Howlin Wolf Creek Bar – 2387 River Rd, St Croix Falls, WI 54024. Enjoy a refreshment stop at this biker-friendly location.
- 1:30 PM: Departure to Star Prairie Sports Bar, 206 Main St, Star Prairie, WI 54026 (quick stop).
- 2:00 PM: Departure back up to Osceola and down to PD Pappy’s in Stillwater for photos.
- 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Photo opportunity at PD Pappy’s in Stillwater. Capture memories with your bike and fellow riders.
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Food Trucks and Social Hour at the campgrounds. Merchandise Sales (Cash Preferred) and bonfire.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Raffles, Live Music, Social Hour, and Trading Post continue.
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Shuttle service available.
Tuesday, August 12th: Join Your Own Ride Day – Explore & Connect
(Non-Official Indian Bike Week Ride Day – No Chase Vehicle)
Embrace the freedom of the open road and join informal rides organized by fellow attendees.
- Daytime: Explore the region with smaller groups. A ride board will be available to help you connect with local ride leaders and discover new routes. This is a chance to forge friendships with Indian riders from across the country and even the world.
- 5:00 PM: Return to Campgrounds.
- 5:00 PM Onward: Food Trucks arrive at the Campgrounds.
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Meet and Greet Social Hour, Music, Food Trucks, Merchandise Sales (Cash Preferred), and Bonfire.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Raffles, Live Music, Social Hour, and Trading Post.
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Shuttle service available.
Wednesday, August 13th: Military & 1st Responders Appreciation Ride – Lake Pepin
(Official Indian Bike Week Ride – Chase Vehicle Provided – Military & 1st Responders Appreciation Day)

- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Meet at Rivers Edge Apple River Campgrounds.
- 9:00 AM: Departure towards Lake Pepin.
- 10:00 AM: Gas/Bathroom Stop in Prescott.
- 11:00 AM: Arrival at Outpost in Bay City, W6454 WI-35, Bay City, WI 54723. Quick stop for $5 tacos, hydration, and gas.
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Departure around Lake Pepin to South St Paul.
- 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Arrival at Fleming Field South St Paul Airport Hanger for Late Lunch and Photography.
- 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Enjoy lunch and photography at Fleming Field South St Paul Airport Hanger. FREE LUNCH for active or inactive Military and 1st Responders (with ID – Military ID, DD214, or 1st Responder ID). $20 for Non-Service, $10 for Kids.

Thursday, August 14th: Poker Run or Join Your Own Ride Day – Choose Your Adventure
(Poker Run (In the Works) or Non-Official Ride Day – No Chase Vehicle)
Enjoy a Poker Run (details to be announced) or opt for another day of independent riding. Co-ed rides, distance rides, or even tubing down the Apple River are possibilities.
- Daytime: Participate in the Poker Run or explore ride options with fellow attendees. Check the ride board for organized groups.
- 5:00 PM: Return to Campgrounds.
- 5:00 PM Onward: Food Trucks arrive at Campgrounds.
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Meet and Greet Social Hour, Music, Food Trucks, Merchandise Sales (Cash Preferred), and Bonfire.

Friday, August 15th: Lakota Chapel Ride & Celebrity Ride – Ride for a Cause
(Official Indian Bike Week Ride – Chase Vehicle Provided – Lakota Chapel Ride for Kids & Children’s School and Celebrity Ride)
Support a worthy cause by bringing backpacks filled with school supplies for the Lakota Chapel, which aids over 600 children on reservations in South Dakota.
- 10:00 AM: Departure to VINO IN THE VALLEY. Celebrities will join this meaningful ride.
- 12:00 PM: Arrival at Vino in the Valley. Enjoy the scenery and celebrity interactions.
- 2:30 PM: Departure from Vino in the Valley.
- 4:30 PM: Arrival back at Campgrounds.
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Celebrity Meet and Greet and Social Hour at the Campgrounds, Merchandise Sales.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Live Music by HORIZON OF WINONA.
- 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Bonfire, Food Trucks, and Trading Post.

Saturday, August 16th: Campground Day – World Record Attempt & Custom Bike Show
(Campground Activities All Day)
A full day of excitement at the campgrounds! Food trucks will be on-site throughout the day.
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Meet at Rivers Edge Apple River Campgrounds. Register and provide info for the World Record Ride attempt.
- 10:00 AM: Ladies Line up for Women’s World Record Attempt.
- 10:30 AM: Women Take off for World Record Ride.
- 11:00 AM: Retry Women’s Record Attempt if needed.
- 12:00 PM: Co-Ed World Record Attempt. Be part of history!
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Auction and Raffle (must be present to win). Support the event and win exciting prizes.
- 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM: RUSTY COONES Custom Bike Show. Admire stunning custom bikes and craftsmanship.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Social Hour, Celebrity Meet and Greet, and LIVE MUSIC.
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Raffles, Live Music, Social Hour, and Trading Post.

Sunday, August 17th: Blessing of the Bikes & Farewell
- 9:00 AM: Blessing of the Bikes. A meaningful way to conclude the week and ensure safe travels.
- 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Celebrity Farewell Photography and pictures/portraits, school supplies Send Off with Lakota Chapel. Bid farewell to celebrities and contribute to the school supply donation.
- “Goodbyes” and “See ya next year!”
- 7:00 PM: Farewell Dinner (Location to be disclosed). Final gathering to celebrate the week’s memories.
Monday, August 18th: Farewell Breakfast
- 9:00 AM: Farewell breakfast at Keys Cafe, 840 Carmichael Rd, Hudson, WI 54016. One last chance to connect before departing.

Cost:
- $100 Per person (passenger, guest, non-Indian rider) for the entire week.
- Kids 15 and under are free.
- $50 per person DAY PASS: (passenger, guest, non-Indian rider) valid Sunday, August 10th – Wednesday, August 13th only. Day passes do not include shirts or patches and must be purchased on-site.
