Local bike shops, equipped with hydraulic lift stands and specialized e-bike expertise, are better suited for e-bike repairs. While some minor adjustments may be possible at the station bike facility, be prepared to remove your e-bike battery if requested. For repairs involving the rear wheel, particularly if your e-bike has a rear hub motor, you will be directed to a local bike shop. However, if you can bring in a rear e-bike wheel already removed due to a flat tire, the station bike mechanics can assist with the tire repair.
