Sunday morning at the bike park was buzzing with energy. The rental shop was a hive of activity as the team efficiently geared up riders with bikes and equipment ready to hit the trails. It was fantastic to reconnect with the lift operations and patrol teams at Hogsback, witnessing firsthand the vibrant atmosphere of Stevens Pass in the summer. The mountain was shared by enthusiastic mountain bikers, families enjoying the scenic views, and PCT hikers passing through, creating a dynamic and welcoming environment for everyone. After several exhilarating runs down the mountain, a well-deserved refueling stop at the Bull’s Tooth provided the perfect break before heading back out for more trail action. With more days like these planned for August before venturing to other bike parks, the Stevens Pass Bike Park is proving to be a summer highlight.

Looking ahead to the winter season, preparations are already underway. While enjoying the summer months, the teams are also diligently working to ensure a smooth transition to winter operations. Even the Foggy Goggle’s piano deck is receiving a fresh coat of paint, and indoor spaces are being refreshed, demonstrating the commitment to continuous improvement throughout the resort. This dedicated “off-season” effort ensures that Stevens Pass is primed to deliver an exceptional experience for both employees and guests come winter.
